As MD & CEO of a multi-credit co-operative society, he led key departments and earned multiple Top Performer awards.

In September 2023, he founded Rapidgrow Credit Co-operative Society to enhance financial access in rural Telangana. His expertise in digital banking has positioned Rapidgrow as a leader in financial inclusion.
